Engineering Manager
Job description
Engineering Manager at Humata Health.
About the role
The Engineering Manager at Humata Health will own the end-to-end delivery and health of a multidisciplinary engineering team that builds the data products powering healthcare decision support. You will own the people, processes, and technical direction for engineers working across C#, SQL, Vue 3, Power BI, and modern data pipeline technologies. You will partner closely with product and clinical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear, executable engineering roadmaps. You are as comfortable conducting a 1:1 coaching conversation as you are leading a technical architecture review with senior leadership. This role requires a leader who thrives on connecting daily engineering work to meaningful improvements in patient outcomes and operational efficiency. You will act as a coach, technical guide, and operational leader to ensure your team delivers high-quality, reliable solutions on a predictable cadence.
