Requirements
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, which provides a foundational understanding of commercial principles.
- You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the software or technology sector, to navigate complex B2B environments.
- You possess a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance, demonstrating consistent excellence in a results-driven role.
- You exhibit strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team through guidance and feedback.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members across virtual and in-person settings.
