What you'll do

Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale security programs spanning detection and response, identity and access, infrastructure security, application security, and more as an embedded TPM for security engineering teams.

Partner with security engineering leads and product managers to define roadmaps, sequence work, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track while navigating ambiguity and organizational complexity independently.

Champion scalable processes and durable systems within the security organization, raising the operational bar across the product line by building operating rhythms, frameworks, and tooling that let security teams do their best work.

Own portfolio-level KPIs and build reporting that connects program delivery to customer, reliability, and business outcomes, demonstrating the tangible impact of security initiatives.

Serve as a thought leader within the TPM function by sharing strategies, approaches, and AI-enabled workflows that elevate how the entire team plans, executes, and measures security programs.

Partner closely with the Security Governance and Risk team to shape how security governance operates at scale, establishing frameworks and tooling that enable transparency, learning, and authenticity.

Collaborate with FinTech and FinOps program management to coordinate SOX compliance work across Engineering, Finance, and Security, keeping programs aligned and stakeholders moving efficiently.

Drive the implementation of SOX-compliant technical controls for UBB features by working directly with engineering teams to remove blockers, sequence work, and ensure compliance requirements are built in from the start.

Actively use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate program planning, documentation, risk analysis, and stakeholder communications, modeling AI-fluent habits that multiply team output quality and speed.

Identify where AI materially changes how security engineering programs are planned, executed, or measured, and translate those opportunities into program strategy and investment priorities to create a repeatable, scalable compliance playbook.

Requirements

You must have experience as a Technical Program Manager in a security or technology-intensive environment, demonstrating the ability to drive complex programs from planning through delivery.

You must be comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and know how to navigate organizational complexity while escalating the right issues to the right stakeholders.

You must have a strong understanding of security domains such as detection and response, identity and access management, infrastructure security, and application security, enabling you to engage deeply with security engineers.

You must have proven experience owning portfolio-level KPIs and building reports that connect program delivery to customer outcomes, reliability, and business impact.

You must be highly proficient with AI tools and workflows, using them responsibly to accelerate planning, documentation, risk analysis, and stakeholder communications.

You must have experience coordinating SOX compliance initiatives, including working across Finance, Engineering, and Security to implement compliant controls and processes.

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and earn trust through clarity, transparency, and consistent follow-through.

You must be comfortable working remotely in a fully distributed environment, collaborating effectively across time zones using asynchronous and synchronous communication.
