Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field as a non-negotiable academic credential.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience in a professional setting.
- Demonstrate at least 2 years of proven experience in a leadership capacity managing engineering staff.
- Show proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for code review and technical discussions.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of software development methodologies and frameworks to guide team practices.
- Have experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS or Azure, to evaluate infrastructure decisions.
- Maintain excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Display strong interpersonal skills to build trust and influence without direct authority.
- Be authorized to work in the USA for this position as a mandatory requirement.
