What you'll do
- Define the long-term vision and near-term execution plan for data setup features, breaking down complex problems into manageable product milestones.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and research with customers to uncover pain points and unmet needs related to data configuration and integration.
- Translate customer language and business requirements into clear product requirements documents that guide engineering implementation.
- Partner with design partners to prototype and test data setup flows, ensuring the user experience is intuitive and reduces time to value.
- Analyze product performance metrics to identify friction points and drive iterative improvements to the data setup experience.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to gather feedback on prospect needs and translate them into product enhancements.
- Work with data and analytics teams to instrument key events and track user behavior to inform product decisions.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert on data setup for internal stakeholders, including executive leadership and partner teams.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on strategic objectives, customer impact, and resource constraints.
- Facilitate sprint planning and review sessions to ensure alignment between product, design, and engineering.
- Document product decisions and rationale to maintain clarity as the product evolves over time.
- Advocate for the customer throughout the development process, ensuring their voice is heard in key trade-off discussions.
- Monitor competitive landscape changes and assess how they might influence our data setup strategy and positioning.

Requirements
- You bring a minimum of 5 years of cumulative experience in product management, with a significant portion spent in a SaaS environment.
- You have managed at least one product or major feature from initial concept through launch and post-launch optimization.
- You are comfortable making data-driven decisions, using quantitative analysis to validate hypotheses and measure outcomes.
- You demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- You thrive in collaborative environments and actively seek input from peers, stakeholders, and partners.
- You have a strong understanding of software development lifecycles and how products are built in agile settings.
- You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality in your work.
