About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic Events Data Platform team. In this role, you will lead the charge in creating innovative solutions that enhance our event management offerings. You will work closely with various cross-functional teams to ensure that our platform effectively meets user needs and expectations, driving both user satisfaction and business success.

What you'll do
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to launch, ensuring that all developments align with the overarching business objectives.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, design, and marketing teams to formulate and implement effective product strategies that resonate with our target audience.
- Conduct thorough market research and gather user feedback to guide product improvements and the introduction of new features.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and impact of the product on user engagement and satisfaction.
- Clearly articulate the product vision and provide regular updates to stakeholders and team members to maintain transparency and alignment.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate innovative ideas and solutions for product enhancements.
- Prioritize product backlog items based on user feedback, market trends, and business goals to ensure the most valuable features are developed first.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to gather insights on user challenges and translate these into actionable product improvements.
- Prepare and present product roadmaps and strategic plans to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and validate product concepts, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of development efforts.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a closely related field is essential.
- Demonstrated success in managing software products, particularly in the event management sector or similar industries.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with a knack for interpreting data and making informed, data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in developing and executing product strategies that drive user engagement and satisfaction.
