• Design comprehensive coverage plans that ensure group sessions, evaluations, and IFSP meetings remain meticulously on schedule.
• Chart weekly learning by systematically monitoring child participation and curriculum progress for every young client under your oversight.
• Guide staff through Early Intervention Client System training while diligently monitoring entries to maintain data accuracy and timeliness.
• Accept responsibility for caseload reassignment, collaborating closely with the Program Director during both probationary and annual reviews.
• Champion family concerns by addressing issues promptly and smoothing the transition process for children approaching their third birthday.
• Organize weekly Management Meetings and synthesize detailed notes to inform program oversight and future strategic direction.
• Oversee SSP support and transition processes, coordinating effectively with partners located inside and beyond the center environment.
• Scan the system on a weekly basis, correcting errors and safeguarding the integrity of records utilized during supervision meetings.
• Perform a minimum of ten direct service hours weekly while actively participating in Management Meetings and monthly supervision sessions.
• Meet monthly with the Program Director for dedicated supervision and comprehensive program oversight.
• Participate actively in probationary and annual performance evaluations to ensure continuous professional growth.
• Provide specialized training and ongoing support on the Early Intervention Client System to all relevant staff members.
• Ensure robust staff coverage for all group sessions, evaluations, and IFSP meetings to maintain service continuity.
• Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Program Director to support evolving organizational needs.

Requirements

You must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to early childhood development, pediatric therapy, or mental health, demonstrating a foundational commitment to the field. You must present a current Massachusetts license and maintain active malpractice insurance, alongside a DPH Early Intervention Specialist Certification at the Provisional level to practice within this jurisdiction. You must accumulate a minimum of three years of pediatric experience, with prior practice in Early Intervention settings strongly preferred and indicative of your suitability. You must possess a clear understanding of the Early Intervention Client System and demonstrate proficiency in data entry and management. You must be capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment that values communication and shared goals. You must exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines inherent in pediatric service delivery. You must maintain professional communication with families, colleagues, and partner agencies to ensure a unified approach to child welfare. You must comply with all organizational policies and regulatory standards governing early childhood intervention programs.
