Requirements
To be considered, you must have completed or be completing a degree in Computer Science or a related field between December 2024 and September 2026. You should be able to learn new programming languages and technical systems rapidly. A portfolio of work is essential; please provide links to GitHub repositories, live applications, or detailed write-ups of past projects. Demonstrated enthusiasm for crypto and decentralized finance is required, although prior industry experience is not. You must be available for five days of in-office presence in New York to facilitate collaboration and hands-on work with the team. The schedule requires consistent engagement to support the collaborative nature of the development process. You need to show a portfolio that showcases your ability to build and ship software. You must be willing to grow across the entire technology stack during your time in this role. You should possess the drive to learn new programming languages and technical systems at a fast pace. You are expected to contribute to production-grade software that powers a major decentralized exchange. You need to engage actively with senior engineers to absorb knowledge and deliver high-quality results.
