Integrated Marketing Manager
Job description
Integrated Marketing Manager at Hinge Health.
About the role
You will lead the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns that drive member signups by raising awareness and building trust across Hinge Health's eligible member population. In this position, you operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, owning evergreen and thematic campaigns while coordinating closely with product, creative, and channel teams. You ensure Hinge Health shows up consistently and meaningfully for members when they need the brand, translating audience insights and business goals into integrated campaign strategies. The role requires you to meet members where they are, speak to what matters to them, and nurture trust that turns awareness into action through a cohesive and empathetic approach. You will directly oversee execution across core channels including content, organic social, and awareness media, collaborating with agency partners and internal resources to maximize impact. Over time, you will expand into new channels and build synergies that amplify results, working alongside channel leads across the broader marketing organization to leverage points of synergy for shared goals.
