What you'll do
Conduct in-depth analysis of assigned accounts to map stakeholder ecosystems, identify strategic priorities, and uncover expansion opportunities.
Own the development and execution of retention plans that address risk indicators, validate solution adoption, and reinforce ongoing value for key clients.
Partner with Client Success Leads to design and deliver business case documentation that clearly articulates ROI and supports expansion conversations.
Leverage data from adoption patterns, usage metrics, and outcome signals to inform consultative recommendations and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
Act as the central liaison between clients and cross-functional teams, coordinating input from Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing to resolve complex needs.
Champion the client voice internally by synthesizing feedback and translating it into actionable insights for product and go-to-market teams.
Utilize account planning tools and CRM systems to maintain accurate records of interactions, milestones, and commitments for strategic account guidance.
Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement targeted interventions designed to restore confidence and protect renewal outcomes.
Collaborate with Growth Marketing to co-create client success stories, reference programs, and case studies that reinforce Hinge Health's value proposition.
Engage in continuous competitive analysis to ensure positioning remains sharp and that client conversations reflect current market dynamics.
Build long-term relationships with HR leaders and executive sponsors, ensuring that strategic objectives remain aligned with Hinge Health capabilities.
Maintain a consultative presence across the client lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal, to drive consistent value realization and loyalty.
Requirements
Bring a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Sales roles, with a focus on relationship-driven outcomes.
Demonstrate prior engagement with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions or digital health solutions to ensure contextual understanding of client needs.
Show a track record of managing complex client relationships and delivering measurable retention or expansion results.
Exhibit strong communication and presentation abilities, with a proven capacity to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
Earn a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent professional experience that demonstrates foundational business acumen.
Comfortably operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and adaptability is essential.
Apply strict professionalism and ethical judgment when handling confidential client information and sensitive healthcare data.
Commit to adhering to company policies, including compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
