About the role
You will own end-to-end B2B email marketing initiatives that shape how prospects and customers experience Hinge Health across the entire buyer journey. This role centers on designing and deploying sophisticated email programs that convert interest into pipeline and pipeline into revenue for multiple audience segments. You will act as the strategic email lead within the Demand Generation team, ensuring every message aligns with broader go-to-market objectives. You will leverage data and experimentation to refine messaging, timing, and targeting for maximum relevance and impact. Collaboration will be central as you integrate email into larger campaigns and enable sales teams with timely, actionable communication. Your work will directly influence engagement metrics, opportunity creation, and revenue performance across key lifecycle stages. Orchestrate a cross-functional email calendar in partnership with demand generation, aligning email initiatives with product launches, events, and content campaigns.

Partner with designers and copywriters to translate concepts into high-converting email experiences that reflect Hinge Health brand standards.
Collaborate closely with BDRs and sales leaders to synchronize email outreach with sales priorities and target account strategies.
Own email database hygiene and segmentation logic to support precise audience targeting and improved deliverability.
Analyze campaign performance and synthesize insights that inform future email creative, subject lines, and send strategies.
Work with sales enablement to develop email assets that accelerate deal progression and support consistent buyer conversations.
Report on key email metrics, including open rates, engagement, and pipeline influence, to guide ongoing strategy refinements.
Maintain governance and standards for email templates, automation rules, and data usage across all programs.
Champion the use of AI tools to enhance research, accelerate content drafting, and improve efficiency in campaign development.
Demonstrate meticulous project management by coordinating timelines, dependencies, and approvals across teams.
Act as an internal advocate for email marketing, educating stakeholders on best practices and platform capabilities.
Identify opportunities to test audience strategies and optimize email flows based on behavioral and engagement data.
Support rapid response email needs during product updates, market shifts, or time-sensitive campaigns.
Requirements
You have 3-6 years of relevant experience in B2B email marketing, demonstrating a track record of owning complex, full-funnel programs.
You possess deep expertise in email database strategy, including list segmentation, suppression management, and data hygiene best practices.
You understand how to map email journeys to sales funnel stages, persona profiles, and account types to drive meaningful engagement.
You have hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot, and fluency in Salesforce is essential.
You are a strong writer and editor who can craft clear, concise, and persuasive email content for technical and executive audiences.
You approach project management with discipline, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
You have demonstrated comfort using AI tools in marketing workflows to support ideation, research, and process optimization.
You collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, including design, sales, and sales enablement, to advance shared goals.
You are proactive in identifying problems and proposing solutions that improve email performance over time.
