About the role
You own the end-to-end sales cycle for enterprise customers across the DACH region, driving revenue growth and strategic expansion from initial discovery through to post-sale success. You partner closely with marketing, product, and implementation teams to ensure customer needs are translated into powerful, data-driven campaigns that activate immediately. You leverage deep expertise in composable CDPs to position Hightouch as the central nervous system for marketing execution and customer data activation. You are responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities while coaching prospects through complex buying decisions with clarity and confidence. You own the narrative of data activation, showing stakeholders how speed, brand control, and AI-powered marketing become reality on Hightouch. You act as a trusted advisor, guiding enterprise teams to move faster, stay on brand, and unlock new levels of performance from their existing data. You continuously refine your understanding of customer challenges to refine messaging, sharpen targeting, and close strategic deals that reinforce our long-term vision.

What you'll do
Identify and qualify high-value enterprise opportunities within the DACH region, aligning buying committees and stakeholder maps to drive consensus and urgency.
Conduct discovery-led conversations that uncover business problems, quantify value, and frame Hightouch as the solution for data activation and campaign execution.
Build and manage a multi-stage pipeline using a consultative selling methodology that balances business outcomes with technical credibility.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect customer data environments to real-world marketing workflows and operational impact.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Articulate the ROI of composable CDPs by linking data activation to faster campaign delivery, improved brand consistency, and measurable revenue outcomes.
Maintain precise forecasting and pipeline hygiene, providing leadership with accurate insights into deal progression and conversion likelihood.
Develop strategic account plans for target enterprise customers, including stakeholder mapping, risk assessment, and multi-year growth strategies.
Leverage competitive insights to differentiate Hightouch, positioning our platform against rigid, legacy systems and fragmented point solutions.
Act as a vocal advocate for the customer within Hightouch, feeding insights back into product, marketing, and customer experience initiatives.
Champion the values of efficiency, humility, and compassion in every interaction, reinforcing a culture of trust and long-term partnership.
Continuously refine your personal playbook through feedback, coaching, and analysis of win/loss patterns to sustain high performance.
Requirements
You must possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in complex enterprise SaaS sales, demonstrating consistent success in long-cycle, high-stakes deals.
You have a proven track record of building pipeline through outbound efforts and land-and-expand strategies focused on the DACH region.
Your fluency in German is at a professional level, enabling you to lead technical and executive conversations with confidence and nuance.
You are physically based outside of Germany, within the EMEA region, to align with our operational and legal requirements.
You bring strong discovery and interpersonal skills, allowing you to rapidly build trust with C-level and operational stakeholders.
You exhibit intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility, balancing assertiveness with empathy in every interaction.
You communicate with excellence in both verbal and written forms, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
