Account Executive, Ad Studio
Job description
About the role
Hightouch is looking for Account Executives to join the founding Ad Studio sales team, and in this role you own the end-to-end sales cycle for a brand-new product line. You will build trusted relationships with performance marketing leaders, acting as a strategic advisor as they navigate creative fatigue and rising media costs. You own the full playbook for Ad Studio, from initial discovery and stakeholder mapping to complex negotiations and long-term expansion. This position gives you real influence over how the product is shaped, positioned, and sold in the market as we move from internal hypothesis to external launch. You will collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to refine messaging, target accounts, and feedback into the platform. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, as you help define the sales motion and ICP without an existing playbook to follow. You are expected to hit the ground running, using your experience to identify pain points and demonstrate how Ad Studio changes the equation for creative and performance teams.

Requirements
2+ years in a full cycle sales role, where you have owned complex deals from initial discovery to closed won.

You approach your work with intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility in how you engage with customers and colleagues.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
You demonstrate an ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment where priorities and responsibilities can shift quickly.
You have a genuine interest in AI and how it is changing the way creative and performance teams work together to deliver marketing outcomes.
Nice to have
