About the role
The owns the end-to-end realization of value for premier enterprise clients post-implementation, acting as a strategic partner during the critical adoption phase. This role is defined by proactive ownership where you diagnose, quantify, and resolve automation performance gaps to protect and expand the client relationship. You will own the narrative of the account's success by translating complex operational data into clear evidence of return on investment. The position requires a disciplined, data-first mindset to drive system and process excellence across the client's Order-to-Cash operations. You are the primary mechanism by which HighRadius ensures that deployed automation delivers the promised business outcomes and retains strategic client trust. This role demands rigorous analysis, executive-level communication, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems to secure long-term value. You directly influence client retention and expansion by proving the ongoing efficacy of the HighRadius platform.

What you'll do
Conduct proactive monitoring of the Value Dashboard to identify accounts experiencing greater than 20 percent automation drops and prioritize remediation efforts based on Value360 stats, churn risk, or Net Promoter Score.
Lead diagnostic deep-dives through technical health checks to pinpoint the top categories for automation improvement within both simple single ERP environments and complex multi-ERP or invoice-to-cash landscapes.
Quantify the business impact and return on investment of proposed automation enhancements and deliver effort estimations necessary for project execution planning.
Develop and present data-driven decks to clients that highlight current performance gaps and define concrete "to-be" automation targets aligned with strategic objectives.
Lead commercial alignment activities codified as VC3, managing interactions regarding business cases, price alignment, and ROI presentations directed at executive stakeholders.
Act as the primary consultant for the client during optimization initiatives, managing all delta changes to ensure they align with evolving business objectives and handling any escalations with poise.
Design, configure, and validate automation logic and rules inside the client environment to solve systemic delivery challenges and remove bottlenecks.
Own the User Acceptance Testing process by configuring rules, guiding the client team, and securing formal sign-off while overseeing final training execution for strategic accounts.
Execute production deployment activities by cloning validated Logical Function Units and rules into the live environment only after formal approval has been secured.
Partner internally with Product, Technical Consultants, and Data & Technology Associates to manage dependencies and secure signed Change Orders.
Initialize and manage projects within RocketLane, tracking progress against defined timelines to ensure value improvement is delivered on schedule and to established quality benchmarks.
Maintain strict governance over project workflows, ensuring that all value improvement initiatives adhere to HighRadius standards and client contractual obligations.
Leverage advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and convert "red" metrics into clear, actionable configuration strategies that drive automation recovery.
Utilize proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, and project management tools such as RocketLane to maintain accurate records and generate insightful performance reports.
Build and sustain strong rapport with senior stakeholders across North America and Europe to ensure alignment and trust throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a premier institute such as IIT, NIT, or BITS or an equivalent institution.
Bring 1 to 6 years of cumulative experience working within Professional Services or Consulting environments.
Demonstrate exceptional analytical rigor with the ability to translate complex data sets and "red" status metrics into clear, actionable technical configuration strategies.
Show advanced proficiency in core tools including SQL, Advanced Excel, and project management software like RocketLane.
Exhibit strong communication skills necessary to build rapport and influence senior stakeholders located across North America and Europe.
Maintain a deep domain expertise in Finance and specifically in Order-to-Cash processes to effectively assess automation health.
Apply a structured problem-solving approach to diagnose issues and implement fixes that restore automation performance and value realization.
