Senior Consultant, HighRadius Agentic AI Platform
HighRadius delivers a unified Agentic AI platform purpose-built for the Office of the CFO. The platform orchestrates over 180 specialized agents that manage end-to-end workflows across Order-to-Cash, Close & Reconciliation, Consolidation & Reporting, Accounts Payable, B2B Payments, and Treasury. These agents are designed to drive measurable operational Key Performance Indicator improvements for more than 1,300 enterprises, including 3M, Unilever, Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, Red Bull, and Lufthansa. The platform's market leadership has been validated by Gartner, IDC, and Forrester.
Position Summary
The Senior Consultant is accountable for owning solution design for Fortune 1000 client engagements on the HighRadius Agentic AI platform throughout the full project lifecycle. This individual translates client objectives into detailed, actionable solution designs and oversees their execution. The role serves as the primary architect of the solution, leading design sessions with client subject matter experts and users. They guide Consultants, Associate Consultants, and Data Analysts to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project objectives. This is a high-visibility position requiring strong analytical capabilities, superior communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
The Senior Consultant conducts discovery workshops to capture detailed business requirements and maps them to specific HighRadius agents. They design integrated end-to-end workflows that connect Order-to-Cash and Treasury functions within the platform. This involves producing solution artifacts, configuration blueprints, and process documentation in collaboration with internal consultants and data analysts.
They oversee the implementation team to ensure all work aligns precisely with the approved design. The Senior Consultant is ultimately responsible for project success, ensuring clients realize defined business value. They act as a reality check for the team, keeping stakeholders informed of potential design or value risks. A core part of the role is influencing stakeholders through clear, actionable deliverables and advocating for practical, objective-driven solutions.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a highly reputed university. A minimum of seven years of professional services experience is required, blending solution design and delivery oversight. At least two years of prior experience as a Solution Architect or Technology Business Analyst in a fast-paced consulting environment is essential.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of working with established processes, standards, and templates to ensure project success. Specific knowledge of Treasury or Order-to-Cash finance processes is highly desirable. The role demands comfort with complex business structures and the ability to deconstruct intricate client challenges into coherent solutions.
Engagement Scope
The Senior Consultant will engage directly with the HighRadius Agentic AI platform to configure and validate solutions. Their work spans core financial operations, including Order-to-Cash, Close & Reconciliation, Consolidation & Reporting, Accounts Payable, B2B Payments, and Treasury. This engagement requires hands-on collaboration with Fortune 1000 stakeholders to test agent behavior and process maps in live scenarios.
Compensation and Location
This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The compensation package is 24.90 LPA. The engagement offers the opportunity to work on complex, large-scale transformations with global industry leaders.
