This opening is for a Procurement Manager who will architect and control the procurement lifecycles for software and SaaS solutions. The role aligns GTM technology strategy with revenue objectives and ensures precise contract governance. You will enable enterprise customers through strategic sourcing and comprehensive vendor engagement. The position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and operates full-time with a compensation range of 24 to 48 lakhs per annum.
Key Responsibilities
You will design intake procedures for software requests, balancing security policies with urgent business needs. Your role will orchestrate the vendor selection process for complex deals involving CRM, revenue intelligence, and data platforms. You will review contract terms and usage analytics to eliminate shelfware and optimize multi-million dollar software portfolios.
Your duties include shipping renewed agreements with favorable SLAs, price locks, and compliance documentation for security team approval. You will partner with RevOps leadership to map toolchain integrations, define access controls, and support global rollout initiatives. You will champion governance for Salesforce, Salesloft, Clari, Gong, and ZoomInfo across procurement and finance functions.
You will eliminate redundant licenses by analyzing adoption metrics and guiding right-sizing decisions with stakeholders. The role involves establishing vendor management playbooks that balance security checks with commercial speed to support future growth.
Essential Qualifications
You hold 8 to 15 years of progressive experience in SaaS procurement or strategic sourcing within B2B environments. You possess deep hands-on familiarity with GTM stacks, including CRM, marketing automation, and revenue intelligence platforms.
You can construct business cases using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to evaluate Total Cost of Ownership and ROI. You navigate complex enterprise negotiations involving redlining, SLAs, data privacy terms, and pricing models. You influence executive stakeholders across BizOps, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT with strong communication skills.

Requirements
- Bring 8 to 15 years of progressively responsible experience in SaaS procurement or strategic sourcing within a B2B context.
- Demonstrate deep, hands-on experience with GTM technology stacks, specifically CRM, marketing automation, and revenue intelligence platforms.
- Construct robust business cases using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to perform Total Cost of Ownership and ROI analysis.
- Operate effectively in complex enterprise negotiations that involve redlining, Service Level Agreements, data privacy clauses, and varied pricing structures.
- Exhibit strong influence and communication skills when interacting with executive stakeholders from BizOps, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
- Maintain a proven track record of succeeding in environments that require meticulous attention to compliance, security, and cost optimization.
- Show the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy and meeting strict deadlines.
- Understand the principles of vendor relationship management and the legal aspects of software contracting.
- Be willing to mentor junior team members on best practices for procurement and vendor management.
