About the role
This role positions the Consultant as the primary technical and operational link between HighRadius product strategy and complex client execution. The hire will own the detailed configuration and deployment of HighRadius Cloud agents specifically designed for Order-to-Cash, Close and Reconciliation, Consolidation and Reporting, Accounts Payable, B2B Payments, and Treasury processes. They translate ambiguous business requirements from global Fortune 2000 clients into precise, executable workflows within the unified Agentic AI platform. A core ownership involves authoring SQL scripts to enable sophisticated data extraction, transformation, and system configuration tasks. The hire is accountable for running change requests comprehensively across every project phase, ensuring strict adherence to design and testing standards. They will validate intricate end-to-end process flows to guarantee that targeted business outcomes are met and documented. Maintaining the delivery leadership team on the status and risks associated with change requests is a direct responsibility of this position. Finally, the hire drives user adoption through hands-on training and ensures satisfaction is maintained long after the initial implementation concludes.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Execute end-to-end implementations of HighRadius Cloud for Fortune 2000 organizations spanning multiple regions and operational complexities.
- Author and maintain SQL scripts to facilitate robust data extraction, transformation, and configuration within the HighRadius Cloud environment.
- Analyze intricate Order-to-Cash workflows and translate them into precise HighRadius Cloud configurations that align with client KPIs.
- Run structured change requests through every project phase, from Requirement Gathering through Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go-live, and Hyper-care.
- Act as the primary advisor to the client, guiding strategic change requests while ensuring delivery quality, value realization, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships by conducting thorough User Acceptance Testing and facilitating hands-on training sessions for finance teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Technical, and QA teams to resolve issues and meet agreed project KPIs and timelines.
- Validate complex end-to-end process flows to confirm that the platform configuration supports the intended business operations.
- Promote active user adoption and proficiency within the client environment to maximize the return on their HighRadius investment.
- Keep the Delivery Director consistently informed of any risks, escalations, or blockers related to change requests or implementation timelines.
- Ensure that all implementation activities adhere to HighRadius quality standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Leverage analytical reasoning and structured problem-solving to navigate ambiguous requirements and deliver clear, actionable solutions.
- Demonstrate assured communication skills when presenting technical concepts and project status to diverse, cross-functional stakeholders.
- Operate effectively within cross-functional teams that span geographies, requiring strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies and functional consulting practices to drive successful deployments.
Requirements
- Hold two to five years of experience specifically in consulting or implementation services focused on enterprise software deployments.
- Possess a Bachelor of Technology, Master of Technology, Master of Business Administration, or Master of Computer Applications degree from a respected institution.
- Exhibit sharp analytical reasoning and structured problem-solving capabilities to address complex business challenges.
- Demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills to articulate solutions to executive-level stakeholders.
- Show effective cross-cultural communication abilities to thrive in global client environments and diverse teams.
- Have a solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies and functional consulting practices.
- Bring exposure to international client engagements and business analysis duties within demanding project settings.
- Display domain expertise in Order-to-Cash processes and the capacity to function effectively as a key team member.
- Manage post go-live change requests and navigate value-based execution scenarios with professionalism.
- Commit to working within the specified hours and project deadlines as outlined in the engagement terms.

- Prior experience with HighRadius products, particularly within Order-to-Cash domains, is preferred but not mandatory.
