- HighRadius has been consistently recognized as a market leader by Gartner, IDC, and Forrester.&nbsp;<br><br>As a Senior Manager - Revenue Accounting, you will be the primary custodian of the end-to-end revenue process for a global entity.
- You will lead a specialized team of revenue accountants, ensuring absolute compliance with US GAAP
- ASC 606.
- Beyond technical mastery, you will act as a strategic partner to leadership, driving process automation and ensuring the revenue team scales alongside the company's growth.
- You are expected to have a "sharp eye" for risk and the executive presence to present financial insights to global stakeholders.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of revenue accountants; responsible for resource planning, performance management, and technical upskilling.<br>Strategic Review: Provide final internal sign-off on complex contract analysis and technical revenue accounting memos, ensuring the team's output meets the highest standards of US GAAP compliance.<br>Audit Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external and internal auditors regarding revenue recognition, defending accounting positions and managing the PBC (Provided by Client) process.<br>Global Stakeholder Management: Partner with Executive Leadership, Sales, and Legal to influence deal structures that optimize revenue recognition while maintaining compliance.<br>Process Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of automated revenue recognition systems (e.g., RevPro, NetSuite) to move the team away from manual calculations.<br>Advanced POCM Oversight: Provide strategic oversight for complex Percentage of Completion (POCM) and Fixed Price projects, ensuring analytical rigor in revenue forecasting and recognition.</p> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience Needed</strong><br>Experience: 10-15 &nbsp;Years (with at least 2-3 years in a people management/lead role).<br>Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.<br>Recognized subject matter expert in ASC 606 / IFRS 15 with a track record of handling complex, multi-element arrangements in the SaaS or Technology sector.<br>Leadership Traits: Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; strong executive communication skills for "C-suite" presentations.</p>
