What you'll do
- Execute the HighRadius sales playbook with precision on a daily basis to forecast opportunities and manage complex sales activities aimed at achieving consistent monthly revenue targets for enterprise accounts.
- Orchestrate intake activities and discovery sessions to map finance transformation opportunities for enterprise clients, identifying specific use cases and quantifiable value areas.
- Design and develop tailored transformation roadmaps that strategically align HighRadius capabilities with the overarching executive priorities and long-term vision of finance leadership.
- Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to clarify intricate pain points within finance operations, translating these insights into actionable project scopes.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with CFOs, Controllers, and other key finance leaders to champion HighRadius solutions and secure enterprise-wide adoption.
- Represent HighRadius at industry trade shows, user groups, and virtual forums, utilizing executive-level storytelling and hands-on solution sessions to generate and influence pipeline.
- Partner seamlessly with internal alliances, including implementation and product teams, to resolve blockers proactively and ensure smooth customer outcomes and satisfaction.
- Forecast pipeline and manage the full sales cycle to drive predictable revenue growth, applying consultative selling techniques to complex enterprise environments.
- Own the strategic expansion of HighRadius clients by identifying new expansion opportunities within existing accounts and maximizing customer lifetime value.
- Communicate sophisticated value frameworks clearly to senior executives, sustaining long-term strategic relationships that extend beyond initial contract signings.
- Leverage data and insights from client interactions to refine sales strategies and positioning, ensuring the value of HighRadius solutions is consistently articulated and understood.

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor degree as a mandatory educational credential for this position.
- Bring a minimum of eight years of SaaS account management experience specifically within enterprise environments.
- Demonstrate the ability to sell value frameworks and navigate complex, multi-threaded decision-making processes in large organizations.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex financial solutions to senior-level executives effectively.
- Show proven experience in consultative selling methodologies and strategic account management practices.
