About the role

You will define and own the end-to-end technical architecture for HighRadius products, aligning complex system designs with the strategic business objectives of the Office of the CFO. This role requires you to own the full lifecycle of technical delivery, from initial high-level requirement gathering and consulting sessions through to the detailed design, development oversight, and rigorous architectural review. You will be responsible for creating and validating design frameworks and models, ensuring they strictly adhere to the company's overarching architecture standards and quality benchmarks. The position demands the ability to conceptualize and translate intricate business needs into robust, scalable technical systems from the ground up. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the technical vision is executed effectively and aligns with business goals.

Design and optimize database interactions and infrastructure components, utilizing MySQL and AWS infrastructure to ensure security, reliability, and scalability.

Implement advanced search and analytics solutions using Elastic Search to enhance data retrieval and business intelligence capabilities.

Ensure all architectural decisions incorporate robust cloud security measures and compliance standards from the outset of the project.

Drive the creation of efficient B2B payment and treasury solutions by applying architectural patterns that support high volume and critical financial operations.

Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks, such as ExtJS, to modernize the UI layer and improve user experience.

Requirements

Possess a Bachelor's degree in BE, B. Tech, MCA, M.Sc., or M. Tech, with a strong focus on relevant technological disciplines.

Bring a minimum of 11 to 15 years of cumulative experience in software architecture and enterprise-level Java development.

Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in the technology stack including Java, Struts, Hibernate, Spring Boot, MySQL, ExtJS, and Elastic Search.

Showcase extensive hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, Cloud Security protocols, and the management of secure cloud environments.

Have a proven track record of creating and managing Technical High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) artifacts for complex systems.

Exhibit deep knowledge of application design principles, performance engineering, and scalability strategies for large-scale enterprise applications.

Hold a strong understanding of database design and optimization techniques, particularly within MySQL relational database environments.

Display the ability to lead and mentor other engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and architectural decision-making.

Nice to have

Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code methodologies.

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
