What you'll do

• Configure and deploy HighRadius software solutions tailored to the needs of enterprise clients, ensuring a seamless integration process.
• Work closely with customers to gain insights into their distinct financial workflows and any technical limitations they may face.
• Identify and resolve implementation challenges, offering technical support and guidance throughout the onboarding journey.
• Facilitate the integration of our platform with existing ERP systems, including but not limited to SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, and NetSuite.
• Ensure that the final deployment meets the performance benchmarks and aligns with the strategic objectives of the client's business.
• Conduct thorough testing of the deployed solutions to ensure functionality and performance meet client expectations.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-deployment, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the software effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to relay customer feedback and drive product improvements.
• Document all technical processes and client interactions to maintain a comprehensive record of deployments and support activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in financial technology to enhance your expertise and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project status, share insights, and strategize on improving client engagement and satisfaction.
• Assist in developing best practices for software deployment and client onboarding, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in technical implementation or roles focused on software deployment, ideally within a financial context.
• Strong grasp of enterprise financial processes, including but not limited to Order to Cash, Treasury management, and Record to Report cycles.
• Proven ability to manage technical configurations in complex software environments, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting software-related issues.
• Experience working in a client-facing role, showcasing your ability to build relationships and understand customer needs.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with various ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, and NetSuite, is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in the financial technology sector or with financial software solutions.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and practices, which can aid in understanding the deployment process.
