About the role

HighRadius is seeking a technical expert to bridge the gap between our software solutions and complex client requirements. You will work directly with customers to design and implement specialized integrations and configurations within our financial platforms. In this capacity, you will act as the primary technical authority for client engagements, ensuring that strategic business objectives are translated into robust technological outcomes. The role demands a balance of deep technical acumen and the ability to foster collaborative relationships with executive stakeholders. You will be responsible for validating that proposed solutions align with both client infrastructure constraints and HighRadius product capabilities. Success in this position will be measured by your capacity to de-risk deployment timelines and drive client satisfaction through technical clarity. You will serve as a critical link between the product engineering organization and the customer's operational environment. Your work will directly influence the evolution of HighRadius solutions by capturing real-world integration challenges and feedback.

What you'll do

• Lead the technical design and deployment of financial software solutions for enterprise clients, overseeing all configuration and integration activities from initiation to production cutover.
• Translate complex business needs into functional system configurations, creating detailed technical specifications that guide development and quality assurance teams.
• Manage end-to-end integration projects between HighRadius products and client ERP systems, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strict adherence to project milestones.
• Troubleshoot technical bottlenecks during the implementation phase to ensure timely delivery, applying diagnostic methodologies to resolve issues in payment processing and data workflows.
• Collaborate with internal product teams to communicate client feedback and drive platform improvements, documenting use cases that inform product roadmaps and feature enhancements.
• Conduct solution validation and testing in pre-production environments, verifying that financial workflows operate within defined parameters for accuracy and performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for architecture decisions, integration patterns, and configuration standards to support knowledge continuity.
• Provide technical leadership during discovery workshops, guiding clients through scenario analysis and process mapping to uncover automation opportunities.
• Establish best practices for integration frameworks and API utilization, ensuring that implementations remain scalable and maintainable over the lifecycle of the client relationship.
• Mentor junior team members on deployment methodologies and client interaction strategies, elevating the overall capability of the delivery organization.
• Partner with sales teams during the procurement phase to assess technical feasibility and support the creation of compelling solution proposals.
• Navigate complex enterprise IT landscapes, including legacy systems and hybrid cloud environments, to enable seamless adoption of HighRadius platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a client-facing technical architecture or implementation role, with a track record of delivering complex software solutions in enterprise settings.
• Strong technical background in software deployment and enterprise system integration, demonstrating competency in connecting disparate systems and data models.
• Ability to manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks based on business impact and risk.
• Proficiency in communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, using clear narratives and visual aids to facilitate decision-making.
• Demonstrated history of resolving intricate technical issues under tight deadlines while maintaining a calm and solution-oriented demeanor.
• Experience working with global clients across diverse time zones, adapting communication styles to align with cultural and organizational expectations.
• Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding client business processes, financial data, and strategic initiatives.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites for workshops, audits, and deployment activities, ensuring hands-on involvement when required.

Skills & tools

• ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or NetSuite), with a focus on configuring modules related to finance and supply chain operations.
• Expertise in Order-to-Cash, Treasury, or Record-to-Report financial processes, including an understanding of how these processes intersect with technology solutions.
• Technical proficiency in configuring and deploying enterprise-grade SaaS solutions, including managing authentication, security, and data synchronization.
• Familiarity with integration platforms and middleware tools used to connect cloud applications with on-premise systems.
• Understanding of financial data structures, including ledgers, invoices, payments, and reconciliations, and how these are modeled within software applications.
• Experience scripting and automating workflows using APIs, webhooks, and job queues to enable asynchronous processing and error handling.
• Knowledge of database concepts and the ability to query structured data for validation, troubleshooting, and reporting purposes.
• Exposure to Agile delivery frameworks and version control practices, ensuring that iterative changes are managed in a disciplined and traceable manner.
