About the role
HighRadius is actively building a robust cloud engineering practice to support the strategic priorities of the Office of the CFO, and the Program Manager will be central to this effort. You will own the strategic planning and execution roadmap for cloud initiatives that directly enhance the reliability and scalability of our financial software platforms. This role requires you to act as the primary liaison between technical cloud engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on critical objectives. You will be responsible for driving complex cloud transformation programs from initial concept through successful deployment and optimization. The position demands a proactive approach to identifying potential infrastructure risks before they impact business operations or financial reporting. You will shape the future state of HighRadius cloud architecture while ensuring strict adherence to project deliverables and timelines. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver resilient cloud solutions that empower the Order to Cash, Treasury, and Record-to-Report functions.

What you'll do
- Orchestrate the end-to-end execution of cloud engineering programs, defining scope, timelines, and resource strategies.
- Translate high-level business goals for Order to Cash, Treasury, and Record-to-Report into detailed cloud infrastructure project plans.
- Establish clear communication protocols to synchronize efforts between development, infrastructure, and product stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for cloud deployments and lead the development of contingency plans.
- Analyze project performance metrics to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Serve as the central documentation hub for cloud architecture decisions, project status, and dependency mapping.
- Facilitate workshops and planning sessions to clarify requirements and align technical solutions with business needs.
- Monitor the health of cloud environments and initiate corrective actions to maintain system stability and performance.
- Identify gaps in existing cloud processes and advocate for improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare executive-level reports that communicate project value, progress, and strategic alignment to leadership.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a proven track record of managing program or project management responsibilities in software development or cloud engineering contexts.

- Show a strong conceptual understanding of cloud infrastructure principles and software development lifecycle best practices.
- Maintain exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment.

- Bring experience navigating the intricacies of enterprise software delivery and the associated governance frameworks.
