Software Engineer III
Job description
About the role
At Limble, you will partner directly with the Product team to own the full lifecycle of large, customer-facing features from initial discovery through production deployment. You are one of the most senior engineers on your squad, responsible for architecting solutions that translate complex customer requests into reliable and well-designed software. This role requires you to lead technical discovery, make critical tradeoff decisions, and ensure that the systems you build are scalable, performant, and easy for the team to maintain and extend. You will mentor L1 and L2 engineers, elevating the overall engineering bar through code review, pairing, and active guidance. You will set the standard for code quality in your area by writing clean, scalable code that consistently delights customers. In this position, you will put cutting edge AI workflows to use in your everyday work and actively help your teammates adopt and leverage these tools effectively. If you are a Full Stack Developer with significant experience who loves solving interesting puzzles alongside a close-knit team that does all but the impossible, this is the role for you.
