In this leadership capacity, the District Manager for the Southeast Market is responsible for the operational integrity and growth of all Rowan studios within the region. This role requires guiding Studio Managers to achieve excellence in sales, service delivery, and operational efficiency. Success is measured through the consistent execution of the Rowan brand promise, high standards of safety, and the creation of a differentiated guest journey. The position demands regular studio presence to ensure alignment with corporate goals, drive profitability, and support sustainable expansion across the market. A key component of this role is fostering deep community connections and generating client loyalty through strategic in-store events, partnerships, and personalized clienteling. The District Manager reports directly to the Regional General Manager.
Position Overview and Responsibilities
The District Manager acts as the regional owner of the studio experience, defining how each visit unfolds for guests and teams. You will ensure that licensed clinical staff are present at every appointment to safeguard our protocols and maintain our clinical reputation. Your leadership will transform local outreach into trusted community milestones that encourage repeat engagement and long-term relationships.
Your core responsibilities include designing and executing local marketing campaigns that introduce Rowan studios to new audiences in the Southeast region. You will work closely with studio teams to map and optimize sales pathways, converting product knowledge into reliable revenue streams. A significant part of your role involves observing piercing sessions to verify strict adherence to the Rowan Clinical Piercing Standard. You will coordinate consistent studio visits that uphold company standards, support growth initiatives, and reinforce operational alignment.
You will guide Studio Managers in hiring, training, and daily decision-making to elevate overall performance. Strengthening neighborhood visibility through community partnerships and local events will be central to your strategy. Using clienteling tools and data insights, you will track client preferences to design repeat visit strategies and encourage loyalty. You will also synthesize regional market trends to help studios adjust offers proactively before conditions change.
Required Qualifications
You bring at least three years of experience in a relevant leadership position, demonstrating the ability to manage teams and drive results in a service environment. Your background includes collaboration with licensed medical professionals on clinical standards, ensuring that safety and compliance are prioritized in customer-facing operations. You are prepared to travel consistently across multiple states to support a network of studios and maintain a visible corporate presence. A strong understanding of customer data protection within clienteling platforms is essential to uphold privacy and trust.
Compensation and Practical Information
The compensation package for this role ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting the scope of responsibility and regional impact.
