What you'll do
- Execute research-driven outbound campaigns targeting senior executives like CFOs and VPs of Revenue Cycle, utilizing a consultative approach to uncover latent needs.
- Provide commercial intelligence and pre-meeting preparation for enterprise account executives managing high-value deals, synthesizing market context and stakeholder mapping.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of trade shows, including pre-event outreach to key prospects, on-site lead capture with precise qualification, and strategic follow-up to maximize ROI.
- Maintain and optimize pipeline infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, hygiene, and performance metrics are consistently upheld to support forecasting accuracy.
- Utilize the Holo computer-use agent to automate repetitive tasks such as data entry, report generation, and workflow orchestration, documenting effective templates for team adoption.
- Partner with commercial leadership to analyze sequence performance and conversion rates, identifying specific levers to optimize messaging and timing for maximum engagement.
- Develop and deploy testing frameworks for new outbound channels and value propositions, analyzing results to determine scalable playbooks that drive predictable pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with the US commercial leadership team to align initiatives with broader GTM strategies, ensuring all activities support quarterly and annual objectives.
- Own the creation of strategic account plans for target segments, outlining touchpoint strategies, messaging frameworks, and success metrics for revenue growth.
- Synthesize qualitative feedback from executive conversations into actionable insights that refine product positioning and sales arguments for the broader organization.
- Monitor competitive landscape shifts and market dynamics, providing timely alerts and analysis that enable the team to adapt their approaches proactively.
- Drive the documentation of standard operating procedures for outbound activities, creating a repeatable methodology that new hires can leverage immediately.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with product and customer success teams to ensure feedback loops are established and critical insights are shared effectively.
- Establish clear reporting dashboards for key initiatives, translating raw activity data into narratives that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in revenue-focused roles such as SDR, BDR, inside sales, demand generation, or RevOps, demonstrating a consistent track record of ownership.
- Deep understanding of pipeline metrics, including conversion rates, velocity, and sequence performance, with the ability to diagnose issues and recommend improvements.
- Ability to conduct substantive, credible conversations with senior industry executives, demonstrating judgment, preparation, and intellectual curiosity.
- Proven experience using AI tools to improve personal productivity and workflow efficiency, showing a track record of adopting new technologies quickly.
- Comfort working in an evolving environment where you help build processes rather than following a pre-existing playbook, embracing ambiguity as an opportunity.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences at the executive level.
