This position is for a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to join the Operations team. You will help build a world-class organization by attracting and engaging talent across various departments. Your work will ensure new hires align with the company's culture and values.

What you'll do
- Develop a global talent attraction strategy to identify and secure top-tier candidates.
- Collaborate with managers to define roles and set recruitment priorities.
- Create compelling job descriptions and ensure their visibility on international platforms.
- Guide managers through candidate evaluation and hiring decisions.
- Negotiate competitive offers and finalize new hires efficiently.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, providing a high-quality candidate experience.
- Source elite talent for engineering, research, operations, and business roles, including hard-to-find profiles.
- Lead structured, data-driven interviews to assess skills and potential.
- Design and optimize recruitment processes for speed, quality, and consistency.
- Coach managers on best practices for attracting high-level candidates.
- Represent the company brand to candidates, universities, and at international events.
- Launch initiatives to strengthen the employer brand, such as content and partnerships.
- Ensure a professional and engaging candidate journey from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience recruiting for tech, engineering, or deeptech roles is preferred.
- Strong expertise in advanced sourcing, talent hunting, and structured interview methods.
- Experience managing heavy workloads and using automation in a scale-up environment (comfortable with 20+ interviews per week).
- Ability to recruit effectively in demanding, international, and fast-growing contexts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with credibility when engaging top candidates.
- Autonomous, proactive, highly organized, and results-oriented.
- Fully fluent in both spoken and written French and English.
