Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Job description
About the role
You are responsible for owning the full end-to-end outbound sales cycle for enterprise customers across EMEA and LATAM regions from your base in Mexico. You will act as the primary point of contact for new enterprise prospects, qualifying needs and positioning HappyRobot as the infrastructure for building and orchestrating autonomous AI workforces. You will run high-touch outreach sequences using voice, email, and LinkedIn to surface pain points around operational inefficiency and AI deployment complexity. You will translate complex product capabilities into clear business value, securing discovery meetings with economic buyers and technical stakeholders. You will work closely with solutions engineering to build compelling narratives that demonstrate how autonomous AI teams can drive measurable ROI in logistics, customer service, and operations. You will maintain strict pipeline discipline, ensuring every opportunity is documented, tracked, and advanced with data-backed insights. You will continuously iterate on messaging by analyzing engagement patterns and feedback from closed deals. Ultimately, you are the growth engine that fills the top of the funnel and converts inbound interest into scalable enterprise demand.
