About the role
will architect and deliver the global talent narrative that converts interest into application. This role owns the end-to-end strategy, content, and experiences shaping how HappyRobot is perceived in the market. You will translate complex business goals into cohesive stories that resonate across North America, EMEA, APAC, and other key regions. The position demands close collaboration with internal teams to align messaging with hiring objectives and candidate expectations. You will build authentic connections between teams to ensure every touchpoint feels premium and inclusive. The role requires deep empathy for the candidate journey and a commitment to building trust through consistent storytelling. This position is based in San Francisco and requires significant international travel to activate our global brand.

What you'll do
Design and execute a global employer branding strategy that aligns with business goals and hiring requirements across North America, EMEA, APAC, and other regions.
Create recruitment marketing content including employee spotlight videos, blog articles, and updates to the career website to amplify our talent value proposition.
Manage and enhance the company presence on primary talent platforms to ensure a consistent and compelling employer brand.
Build and lead an internal employee ambassador program, equipping team members with tools and content to share authentic workplace stories online.
Track, analyze, and report on branding campaign and platform engagement metrics to drive continuous optimization and informed decisions.
Plan and execute the global recruiting events calendar end-to-end, covering industry conferences, hackathons, university forums, and internal hiring gatherings.
Handle all event logistics including vendor negotiations, booth design, merchandise production, shipping, travel coordination, and on-site supervision to ensure seamless execution.
Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and regional business leaders to ensure cohesive messaging and optimized staffing outcomes.
Ensure every candidate touchpoint at events delivers a premium, inclusive, and memorable experience that reflects HappyRobot values.
Establish key performance indicators for events such as leads generated, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate, then conduct post-event reviews to measure success and guide future investments.
Requirements
Bring five or more years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and/or event management with an emphasis on international or multi-regional scope.
Demonstrate a proven ability to manage complex, large-scale events and conferences from initial concept through post-event review with attention to detail.
Show deep understanding of digital marketing principles, social media strategy, and content creation for talent attraction across diverse channels.
Possess exceptional organization skills to manage multiple campaigns and events across different time zones without compromising quality or deadlines.
Communicate clearly in writing and verbally to convey ideas effectively to varied stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Travel internationally and domestically for major events and activations, representing the brand professionally in diverse environments. This typically involves twenty five to thirty percent of time.
Work from the San Francisco office regularly, as this role requires presence in the core location to collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Commit to the operating principles of Extreme Ownership and Craftsmanship, taking full responsibility for work, outcomes, and team success while delivering high quality outputs.
Nice to have
Preferred candidates will have experience building and scaling employer branding functions within high-growth technology companies.
Experience with AI, enterprise automation, or robotics sectors is advantageous given the industry focus of HappyRobot.
Familiarity with emerging technologies and experimentation in new channels for talent engagement is encouraged.
Practical notes
The base salary is one hundred sixty thousand dollars. Equity is offered over a four year period.
This role requires work from the San Francisco office.
Willingness to travel internationally and domestically for major events and activations is required, representing twenty five to thirty percent of time.
