In this role, you will be actively involved in sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional candidates to support our global expansion. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will understand their needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure we bring in individuals who resonate with our mission and values.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for various roles, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offer processes.
- Contribute to the development of talent strategies and workforce planning to align with future hiring needs as the company grows.
- Collaborate on enhancing our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to ensure our messaging aligns with the employee experience and market expectations.
- Establish scalable recruitment practices by designing processes and tools that adapt to different regions and increasing hiring demands.
- Provide coaching and training to hiring leaders to improve interview quality and decision-making.
- Assist in compensation benchmarking and provide insights to ensure competitive and equitable offers.
- Engage in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote inclusive hiring practices.
- Represent Halter at events and industry forums to strengthen our employer brand.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings by proactively sourcing talent through various channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role specifications and team objectives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, reflecting our company culture.
- Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) organized and efficient.
- Monitor key hiring metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement in recruitment strategies.
- Participate in initiatives related to internal mobility and employer branding.
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and tools as the company scales.
- Be adaptable to additional responsibilities as they arise in our fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in fast-growing tech companies with a focus on various disciplines, particularly GTM roles like sales and marketing.
- Proven track record in building and scaling high-performing teams across different regions.
- Ability to act as a strategic business partner, balancing executive-level reporting with daily hiring tasks.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment without sacrificing candidate quality.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various channels to identify global talent.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting related to hiring metrics.
- Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and immigration regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence, with a proactive and accountable approach to work.
Nice to have
- Experience in implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.
Skills & tools
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms and recruitment marketing tools.

- This position requires on-site work in our Boulder office.
