Job description
About the role
You are the operational heartbeat that turns ambitious event concepts into real experiences for farmers and graziers. This role owns the end-to-end execution of both intimate, rep-led local gatherings and large-scale national showcases that define the Halter brand. You will ensure every event feels authentic, drives meaningful engagement, and captures value for the business. You are proactive, detail-obsessed, and accountable for making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You will partner closely with sales and marketing to translate their goals into flawlessly run events across the country. This is a hands-on role where your ability to solve problems quickly and calmly under pressure directly impacts our ability to connect with the farming community. You will be measured by the quality of execution, the strength of relationships built, and the insights you bring back to improve future events.
