Director, Brazil
Job description
About the role
You will spearhead the end-to-end commercial strategy for Halter's entry into the Brazilian market, owning the full commercial lifecycle from pipeline to retention. You will build a high-performance commercial organization from scratch, setting the operating model, standards, and culture that define how we win in Brazil. You will be the primary voice for Brazilian farmers and ranchers, translating their needs into product improvements and global strategy. You will partner directly with our New Zealand and global teams to ensure our solutions fit real-world grazing challenges. You will drive revenue growth by deeply understanding customer workflows and removing barriers to adoption. You will coach and develop a local team, instilling discipline, curiosity, and a relentless focus on results. This role demands a leader who balances data-driven rigor with the empathy to understand the realities of life on the farm. You will play a pivotal role in transforming an entire industry by proving that sustainable grazing at scale is not only possible but profitable.
