Your responsibilities will range from diagnosing technical issues in the field to delivering equipment to producers, making you the key point of contact for on-ground operations.

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair Halter's on-farm infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose hardware issues promptly and relay information to the appropriate teams for swift resolution.
• Assist in deploying Halter's technology on farms, providing troubleshooting support and ensuring successful installations.
• Gather insights from the field and communicate them effectively to our product and engineering teams to enhance our offerings for Australian cattle producers.
• Participate in a global on-call roster to address tower-related incidents and proactively devise solutions as needed.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from our hardware systems to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency, identifying potential issues before they escalate.
• Contribute to the development and management of a maintenance system tailored specifically for the Australian market.
• Collaborate with various teams within Halter to ensure alignment and drive positive customer outcomes.
• Expect to travel frequently, spending 3 to 4 days a week on the road visiting producers, with occasional overnight stays.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support Halter's continued success in the Australian market.

Requirements

• Practical experience in fields such as electrical work, construction, networking, or equipment installation is essential.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to tackle challenges independently.
• Excellent communication skills to convey field observations clearly to remote teams.
• Strong time management abilities, allowing you to complete tasks efficiently without constant supervision.
