About the role
We are looking for a Strategic Alliances Manager to lead and execute our US hyperscaler partnership strategy. This individual will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with major cloud providers such as Google Cloud and AWS, as well as other key ecosystem partners. The role involves developing joint go-to-market plans, negotiating co-sell agreements, and driving the adoption and integration of Haast's platform within enterprise environments. You will own pipeline generation and revenue attribution through these strategic partnerships, directly impacting the company's growth trajectory. This is a critical role that requires a proven track record in hyperscaler alliances, strategic partnerships, and enterprise SaaS business development, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and own the partnership roadmap, including building joint go-to-market strategies, negotiating co-sell agreements, and driving technical and commercial integration efforts with hyperscaler partners.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams from hyperscalers such as Google Cloud and AWS to co-sell Haast's solutions in enterprise deals, ensuring alignment and joint success.
- Create and maintain enablement materials, technical integration guides, and joint value propositions that facilitate partner sales efforts and make it easier for hyperscaler partners to sell Haast's platform.
- Support channel partnerships with selected Global System Integrators (GSIs) and agencies, leveraging hyperscaler relationships to open new market opportunities and expand Haast's reach.
- Manage ongoing partner relationships through quarterly business reviews, deal registration processes, deal escalation, and expansion planning to ensure long-term success and mutual growth.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure partner deals are successfully closed, expanded, and generate new revenue streams.
- Track partnership pipeline, revenue attribution, and growth metrics to report on progress and inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain a strong network within Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft, and other ecosystem partners to influence partnership outcomes and accelerate deal closures.
- Lead negotiations on co-marketing initiatives, joint campaigns, and technical integration projects to maximize partnership value.
- Drive the development of joint go-to-market plans that align with Haast's overall business objectives and growth targets.
- Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and contractual obligations, managing deal registration, escalation, and renewal processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations, especially in regulated markets such as financial services, insurance, telco, and healthcare.
- Represent Haast at industry events, partner meetings, and conferences to strengthen relationships and promote the company's strategic alliances.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on partner needs, market opportunities, and product enhancements to support continuous improvement.
- Support the onboarding and enablement of new partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to sell Haast's platform effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hyperscaler alliances, strategic partnerships, or enterprise SaaS business development, with direct experience working with AWS, GCP, or Microsoft partner organizations.
- A well-established network within Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft, or similar ecosystem partners, with the ability to influence and move the needle with key contacts.
- Demonstrated success in generating partnership pipeline and closing revenue through partners, with concrete numbers to showcase achievements.
- Experience negotiating and managing commercial partnership agreements, including co-sell, co-marketing, and technical integration commitments.
- Familiarity with regulated markets such as financial services, insurance, telco, or healthcare, where compliance and security are mission-critical.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SaaS sales cycles, enterprise technology ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
- Technical understanding of cloud platforms and compliance requirements is beneficial.
- Existing relationships with GSI partners and agencies are advantageous.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Compensation includes a base salary of $170,000 to $180,000 USD, plus a solid commission plan with strong earning potential.
