We are seeking a Strategic Alliances Manager to lead our US hyperscaler partnership strategy and drive direct revenue through ecosystem integration. In this capacity, you will architect and own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, ensuring alignment between our technology roadmap and the commercial objectives of our largest cloud providers. You will serve as the primary internal advocate for strategic alliances, translating complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes for hyperscaler customers. The role demands a proactive builder who establishes durable relationships and converts collaborative opportunities into quantifiable growth. You will leverage data-driven insights to refine our approach and continuously optimize the performance of our partnership portfolio. Success in this position will be defined by your ability to scale revenue streams through structured, high-trust collaborations.

What you'll do
- Architect the partnership roadmap for US hyperscalers, detailing joint go-to-market initiatives and co-sell frameworks.
- Forge deep collaboration with hyperscaler sales and alliances teams to embed Haast into strategic enterprise deals.
- Design and produce high-impact enablement assets, including technical integration guides and targeted value propositions.
- Orchestrate channel management for a portfolio of global system integrators and specialized agencies.
- Administer partner operations with precision, overseeing quarterly business reviews, formal deal registration, and structured escalation protocols.
- Synthesize input from internal Product, Sales, and Customer Success departments to accelerate partner-led revenue conversion.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and scale.
- Lead complex negotiations surrounding commercial terms, ensuring alignment on co-sell and co-marketing arrangements.
- Act as the central liaison between Haast and our hyperscaler stakeholders, managing expectations and maintaining strategic alignment.
- Deploy advanced pipeline management techniques to track partner-sourced opportunities from initiation to closure.
- Tailor our technology narrative for distinct cloud marketplaces and customer procurement cycles.
- Establish rigorous governance standards for partner interactions and deal execution.
- Identify adjacent partnership opportunities that expand our footprint within existing hyperscaler ecosystems.
- Drive the integration of partner feedback into product and sales methodologies to enhance mutual success.
Requirements
- Hold a proven background in hyperscaler alliances, strategic partnerships, or SaaS business development within a regulated context.
- Possess direct experience operating within AWS, GCP, or Microsoft partner organizations or equivalent ecosystems.
- Maintain a functional network within major cloud partner programs capable of influencing deal velocity and opportunity flow.
- Demonstrate a documented history of generating qualified partnership pipeline and closing revenue at scale.
- Exhibit expertise in negotiating commercial agreements, including master services agreements and co-marketing arrangements.
- Show familiarity with highly regulated sectors such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, or telecommunications.
- Display a thorough understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the unique challenges of multi-stakeholder procurement.
- Commit to upholding the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality in managing partner relationships.

- The role is based in the New York Office, with flexibility for hybrid arrangements.
- Compensation includes a base salary between 170,000 and 180,000 USD, complemented by performance-based commission.
