AI, you will work at the crossroads of law and technology, helping to shape agentic compliance automation while applying your legal knowledge alongside cross-functional teams to bring the AI platform to life.

What you'll do
Analyse regulatory and policy frameworks and convert them into clear, enforceable AI rule logic that supports compliant marketing and communications.
Help deploy the enterprise-grade large language model solutions for both new and existing clients across global markets.
Streamline slow and repetitive review processes so that professionals can redirect their focus toward higher-value strategic work.
Create and refine onboarding materials that increase client productivity and reduce time to value for new users.
Guide new users through a smooth and efficient onboarding process, ensuring they understand the platform capabilities quickly.
Monitor evolving regulations and compliance best practices to inform ongoing product updates and feature development.
Conduct targeted legal research that shapes AI capabilities and maintains accuracy across the platform's outputs.
Translate client needs into actionable product requirements that the engineering and product teams can implement.
Share customer insights to influence product roadmaps and guide the development of future AI model improvements.
Contribute to case studies, white papers, and internal knowledge resources that document platform value and use cases.
Track and analyse AI performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement and measure platform effectiveness.
Support the continuous improvement of AI models by providing feedback based on real-world legal review outcomes and client interactions.
Participate in product review sessions to evaluate how AI-generated outputs align with legal standards and client expectations.
Requirements
Hold a legal degree such as an LLB or JD; bar admission is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
Bring 2 to 5 or more years of experience in legal practice, compliance, or legal process outsourcing.
Demonstrate exceptional legal research skills with the ability to break down complex regulations into logical, step-by-step rules.
Possess flawless written and verbal English communication skills with a collaborative, client-first approach to work.
Have the ability to work remotely with a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace setup.
Be available to work during US Eastern Time hours to align with global client and team schedules.
Show strong attention to detail and the discipline to maintain accuracy across all legal and regulatory content.
Exhibit a proactive mindset for learning new technologies and adapting to evolving AI-driven workflows.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
Nice to have
Prior experience with LegalTech platforms, AI tools, or SaaS products in a professional or project setting.
Experience in marketing approvals, regulatory risk assessment, or global compliance project management.
Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Linear, Jira, or Trello for tracking work and sprints.
A genuine technical curiosity about data workflows, how large language models function, or model training concepts.
Skills & tools
Proficiency in legal research methods and regulatory analysis across multiple jurisdictions.
Strong written communication skills for creating documentation, case studies, and knowledge resources.
Ability to interpret and codify complex regulatory text into structured, enforceable logic for AI systems.
Familiarity with large language model concepts and how they are applied in enterprise compliance settings.
Comfort with SaaS platforms and cloud-based tools for remote collaboration and project management.
