About the role
Course Developer-Instructor, TechELINT
Grvty is actively seeking a qualified Course Developer-Instructor to spearhead the development and delivery of advanced technical training within the TechELINT domain. This position is central to our mission of translating complex intelligence data into actionable knowledge for our analysts. The role demands a high level of ownership over the entire learning lifecycle, from initial concept to final classroom execution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting the learning journey. This involves designing comprehensive course maps and precise learning objectives that define the scope and sequence of new TechELINT modules. You will conduct deep dives into emerging technical intelligence domains to ensure all course content remains accurate, relevant, and current. A core component of this role is converting intricate intelligence topics into structured, practical curricula that effectively prepare analysts for real-world challenges.

This input must then be reviewed and incorporated in a timely manner to improve subsequent course iterations and presentations. You will guide the collaborative development of hands-on exercises and laboratory components that mirror actual analysis scenarios. This requires close coordination with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to validate technical details and guarantee strict fidelity to source materials and intelligence data.
Maintaining your own deep expertise in TechELINT is a fundamental requirement. You are expected to stay at the forefront of the field and translate this evolving knowledge into practical lessons for your audience. This includes the creation and updating of all teaching aids, such as presentation slides and lab guides, to reflect the latest methodologies and tooling. also, you will prepare detailed briefs for delivery teams to ensure consistent messaging and learning outcomes across all training offerings.
The role also encompasses administrative and archival responsibilities. You will establish and maintain version control and archival practices for all course assets. This ensures historical accuracy is preserved and that previous iterations of materials are properly documented. Effective communication skills are essential for working collaboratively with other developers, instructors, and leadership.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet specific educational and experiential criteria. A Bachelor's degree in a technical science major is required. Acceptable fields of study include Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or other comparable disciplines.
Candidates must also demonstrate extensive professional experience. A minimum of eight years of hands-on TechELINT experience within the last fifteen years is mandatory. This experience must be substantial and directly related to the field.
An alternative pathway is available for candidates who do not hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. In this case, applicants must possess ten or more years of TechELINT experience within the last fifteen years. Additionally, they must have either successfully completed SIGE Course 3810 "Intermediate Technical ELINT Analysis" or SIGE Course 4810 "Advanced Radar Theory." A published technical paper in a TechSIGINT-related area is also an acceptable substitute for the degree requirement.
