About the role
Grvty is seeking a Technical PROFORMA Intelligence Course Developer-Instructor is responsible for course development and instruction on technical PROFORMA signals analysis (PSA). The role owner designs and delivers advanced training that translates complex technical concepts into structured learning experiences for diverse audiences. This position directly contributes to national security objectives by ensuring analysts can accurately interpret machine-generated communication data. The hire will maintain curriculum relevance by integrating emerging threats and technological advancements into course materials. What you'll do
Develop and deliver comprehensive training on technical PROFORMA signals analysis (PSA) for military and civil applications.
Analyze machine generated, formatted data communications from C4ISR systems to extract training insights and real-world scenarios.
Design course materials that address technical PSA within military command structures and operational environments.
Translate complex sensor and control system data into accessible instructional content for professional learners.
Conduct hands-on instruction using industry classroom, academic, or On-the-job (OJT) training methodologies.
Develop curriculum components that cover civil, industrial, commercial, and personal applications of PSA technology.
Evaluate student performance and refine instructional approaches to improve technical comprehension and retention.
Partner with technical teams to update course content based on evolving threats and communication standards.
Implement training solutions that support decision-making in national security and commercial sectors.
Facilitate learning environments that promote critical analysis of machine generated data communications.
Adapt instructional strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners in classroom and field settings.
Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a technical science major (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable area).
Demonstrate 2 or more years of technical teaching experience and/or technical curriculum development in military courses, academia, or industry classroom settings.
Accumulate 4 or more years of technical PSA experience within the past 10 years to ensure current knowledge.
Maintain TS/SCI Clearance and complete Polygraph requirements as standard security protocols.
If lacking a Bachelor's Degree in a technical science major, secure 8 or more years of technical PSA experience within the last 10 years.
Demonstrate ability to work effectively in high-stakes national security environments.
Commit to maintaining strict compliance with government and regulatory standards.
Show capacity to manage classified information with discretion and professionalism.

The position is based at Fort Meade, Maryland, United States, and requires onsite presence.
Applicants must meet the specified security clearances before appointment.
