About the role
Grvty is seeking a Technical Foreign Instrumentation Signals Intelligence (TechFISINT) Course Developer-Instructor to deliver course development and instruction. The role owner will analyze advanced telemetry and signals intelligence to derive actionable technical insights. This position requires ownership of the entire instructional lifecycle from initial concept through final delivery and iterative improvement. The hire will act as a bridge between complex technical data and adult learners in a high-stakes training environment. They will be accountable for maintaining strict data handling protocols and operational security standards. The individual will lead the creation of technically accurate course materials that directly support mission objectives. Collaboration with subject matter experts is essential to validate technical content and ensure doctrinal alignment.

What you'll do
Conduct comprehensive analysis of foreign instrumentation and telemetry signals using specialized software tools.
Develop new TechFISINT course modules, lectures, and supporting materials while ensuring technical accuracy and content relevancy.
Process diverse data sets using advanced mapping tools, algorithms, intelligence reports, and specialized display systems.
Identify and characterize unusual or previously unseen telemetry formats for further exploitation.
Perform detailed FISINT signals analysis utilizing dedicated computer software and hardware platforms.
Analyze telemetry data to determine performance characteristics and capabilities of foreign systems.
Document cohesive analytic findings using precise FISINT terminology in accordance with SIGINT and Telemetry Beaconry Analysis reporting standards.
Establish and maintain accurate signal chronologies to determine temporal and functional relationships between related signals.
Solicit and integrate course feedback from students and stakeholders to improve instructional effectiveness.
Maintain current expertise across evolving TechFISINT disciplines and emerging technologies.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills when collaborating with multidisciplinary team members.
Ensure all course content remains accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with evolving mission requirements.
Support the implementation of new courses and the revision of existing curricula as directed.
Apply critical thinking to solve complex technical problems encountered during course development and delivery.
Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a technical science major such as Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or a comparable area.
Have 4 or more years of TechSIGINT collection, processing, and analysis experience within the past 10 years.
Hold an active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph adjudication.
Accumulate 2 or more years of technical teaching experience and/or technical curriculum development in military, academia, or industry classroom settings.
Demonstrate experience with Python, MATLab, Radio Frequency/Antennas, Software Defined Radio (SDR) frameworks, or Signals Analysis.
If the candidate does not hold a Bachelor's Degree in a technical science major, they must have 6 or more years of TechSIGINT experience within the past 10 years.
Be capable of processing data using mapping tools, algorithms, intelligence reports, and display tools proficiently.
Be adept at identifying out-of-the-ordinary telemetry formats and analyzing them for technical insights.
Be able to conduct FISINT signals analysis using specific computer software and hardware environments.
Be proficient in analyzing telemetry data to determine basic system performance characteristics and capabilities.

The TechFISINT Training Content Developer-Instructor will operate primarily from the Fort Meade, Maryland area, working within the constraints of national security protocols and federal employment regulations. Travel requirements may necessitate domestic visits to client sites or training facilities to fulfill mission objectives, and candidates must be capable of supporting extended periods away from the primary duty station when operational needs demand it.
