About the role

Grvty is seeking a Training Content Developer / Instructor

Technical Collection to support course development and instruction for first-line network and target analysis. You will architect learning experiences for technical collection audiences, shaping radar and electronic emanation analysis into clear instruction. You refine courses using student feedback while preserving accuracy for national security and criminal investigation contexts. Your work turns complex technical data into structured lessons for warfighting and intelligence missions.

What you will own

The Technical Collection Developer-Instructor is responsible for technical collection related to the analysis of radars, jammers, and other electronic emanations from developmental and fielded systems used for warfighting, national security, criminal activities, and other purposes. The role also covers collections for analysis on intelligence derived from a variety of sources. Key responsibilities include:

• Considering a particular audience, arranging and tailoring technical and other information and materials, then clearly communicating on the topic, in oral and written manner, to achieve required goals and outcomes.
• Soliciting and receiving course feedback from students and other people and timely incorporating appropriate feedback into courses and presentations.
• Maintaining expertise in technical collection, developing new courses, modules, and presentations while ensuring the accuracy and currency of existing ones.
• Using good communication skills when working with others in the development, presentation, and updating of technical collection teaching and course material.

What you must have

The Technical Collection Training Course Developer-Instructor requires two or more years of technical teaching experience and/or technical curriculum development, such as military courses, academia instruction, or industry classroom (faculty/adjunct), or On-the-job instruction. Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a technical science major, such as Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or a comparable area.
• Have four or more years of technical collection experience within the past ten years.
• Military training time in a relevant area such as Signals Collection or Analysis can count as experience time.
• Maintain TS/SCI Clearance and complete a Polygraph.
• If you do not hold a Bachelor's Degree in a technical science major, you must accrue six or more years of technical collection experience within the past ten years, and military training time in Signals Collection or Analysis can count toward this experience.

Location, engagement, and compensation

Location: USA

Engagement: Full-time role focused on course development and instruction delivery.

Compensation: $150,000-$170,000 USD pay range.

• Design learning sequences for technical collection topics, arranging materials for specific audiences and ensuring clear oral or written outcomes.
• Gather student feedback promptly and integrate appropriate revisions into courses and presentations for continuous improvement.
• Maintain current technical collection expertise by developing new modules and validating existing course accuracy over time.
• Partner with colleagues to refine teaching materials and presentation methods for technical collection and analysis topics.
• Orchestrate instructional design for Signals Collection or Analysis training, including relevant military training time when applicable.
• Translate complex electronic emanation concepts into structured lessons that support national security and criminal investigation goals.
• Uphold security expectations by maintaining TS/SCI clearance and polygraph requirements for the training role.
• Adapt curriculum for varying experience levels when candidates lack a technical science degree but hold relevant background.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a technical science major such as Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Physical Sciences.
• Bring two or more years of technical teaching or technical curriculum development experience from military, academic, or industry settings.
• Complete relevant military training in Signals Collection or Analysis, which can count toward experience requirements.
• Possess TS/SCI Clearance and complete a polygraph as part of eligibility.
• For candidates without a technical science degree, accrue six or more years of technical collection experience within the past decade.
