About the role

Grvty is seeking experienced Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNAs) to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions. As a cyber professional in the intelligence community, you will work as part of a team on the frontlines against our cyber adversaries. You will conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate actionable insights and leads that directly inform operational decisions. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end target continuity process, profiling targets and their activities while developing innovative techniques to acquire additional target information. You will be responsible for maintaining highly accurate and relevant databases for targeting, tasking, and comprehensive analysis to ensure data integrity. The role requires you to identify critical intelligence gaps and tailor current collection efforts or enable new collection to close those gaps efficiently. You will apply multiple analysis disciplines, including sophisticated pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage, and digital footprints. Furthermore, you must apply your deep knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions to prioritize analytical efforts. You will function as an integral team member, working collaboratively with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise. Finally, you will leverage your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and select appropriate analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within complex data to attain and share timely insights.

What you'll do

Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads.

Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information.

Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis with a high degree of accuracy.

Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps effectively.

Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints.

Apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions to align analysis priorities.

Be part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise.

Apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights.

Distill, document, contextualize and share your findings, including any new tradecraft that you develop, with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.

Leverage analytical findings to influence target development and support operational decision-making.

Utilize specialized tools and databases to manage and analyze complex datasets related to target networks.

Collaborate with technical teams to integrate new analytical methods and improve existing analytical processes.

Translate complex analytical products into clear, concise, and actionable intelligence for consumers.

Continuously refine analytical approaches to adapt to evolving target behaviors and emerging threats.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Relevant experience requires aspects of Intelligence Analysis (e.g., target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, knowledge of customer tool sets and databases).

In some cases, foreign language proficiency may also be used to satisfy experience requirements.

15 years of experience with a high school/GED diploma or 13 years of experience with an associate's degree or 11 years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 9 years of experience with a master's degree or 7 years of experience with a doctorate degree.

U.S. citizenship is required for this position.

Eligibility for a Public Trust position is required.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.

Candidates must have a demonstrated history of conducting intelligence analysis.

Experience must include aspects of Intelligence Analysis such as target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, or knowledge of related customer tool sets and databases.
