About the role

Grvty is seeking Target Analyst Reporters (TAR) to support Department of Defense/IC missions at Wahiawa, HI. As a TAR, you will be responsible for SIGINT Analysis/Reporting while supporting IC missions that are vital to our national security. In this capacity, you will operate at the intersection of technical acumen and strategic communication, translating complex data into actionable intelligence. The role demands a high degree of ownership over the entire analytical lifecycle, from collection refinement to final dissemination. You will be entrusted with safeguarding the integrity of sensitive reporting products that directly inform critical decision-making. What you'll do

Analyze and prepare synthesized intelligence products for customers by researching, evaluating, and reporting on signals intelligence, information assurance, and computer network operations in response to IC requirements.

Prioritize, assess, and evaluate information derived from passive and active collection methods, network evaluation, and related collateral sources such as IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, and open source materials for government decision use.

Maintain active awareness of internal and external customer needs while collaborating with collectors and analysts to refine collection strategies and reporting requirements.

Share target-related intelligence and provide timely feedback to customers, issuing products that relay developments, trends, warnings, and situational awareness regarding specific targets and applicable countermeasures.

Develop and maintain databases or working aids that track target activity to build institutional knowledge and improve collection efforts in support of customer and IC partner missions.

Perform pre-release quality control functions to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of intelligence products before dissemination.

Leverage analytic editing skills to refine reporting drafts for clarity, precision, and adherence to intelligence standards and formatting guidelines.

Apply releaser experience to manage the dissemination of sensitive materials, ensuring compliance with security protocols and distribution controls.

Utilize a degree background in English, Journalism, or Technical Writing to elevate the professionalism and readability of analytical reports, while recognizing that degrees in other fields are also considered.

Support the full intelligence cycle by integrating new data points into evolving target profiles, thereby enabling proactive decision support for defense and national security objectives.

Requirements

Possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance as a non-negotiable condition of employment.

Meet Level 1 eligibility with 6 years of relevant experience or an AA/AS degree plus 4 years, or a BA/BS degree plus 2 years.

Meet Level 2 eligibility with 9 years of experience or an AA/AS degree plus 7 years, or a BA/BS degree plus 5 years, or an MA/MS degree plus 3 years.

Meet Level 3 eligibility with 12 years of experience or an AA/AS degree plus 10 years, or a BA/BS degree plus 8 years, or an MA/MS degree plus 6 years.

Meet Level 4 eligibility with 15 years of experience or an AA/AS degree plus 13 years, or a BA/BS degree plus 11 years, or an MA/MS degree plus 7 years.

Demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict compliance with classified handling procedures.

Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills necessary for producing clear and concise intelligence reports.

Show capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment focused on high-stakes national security missions.

Commit to maintaining continuous learning to keep current with evolving intelligence methodologies and technological threats.

Nice to have

Possess analytic editing experience to enhance the quality and readability of reporting products.

Have releaser experience to manage the controlled distribution of sensitive materials.

Hold a degree in English, Journalism, or Technical Writing, though a degree in any field is acceptable if combined with relevant experience.
