About the role

Grvty is seeking experienced Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNAs) to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions. As a cyber professional in the intelligence community, you will work as part of a team on the frontlines against our cyber adversaries. You will conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate actionable insights and leads that directly inform operational decisions. In this role, you own the continuous profile of designated targets, ensuring target continuity by tracking their activities and developing techniques to gain additional target information. You will identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection efforts or enable new collection to close those gaps effectively. The position requires you to employ multiple analysis disciplines, including pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage, and digital footprints across complex data sets. You must apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions to prioritize analytical efforts and resource allocation. You will be part of a collaborative team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise. Your innate curiosity and analytical talent will be essential as you form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share timely insights. You will distill, document, contextualize, and share your findings - including any new tradecraft you develop - with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers to ensure full situational awareness.

What you'll do

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads.

• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis with strict attention to data integrity and timeliness.

• Apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions to align analytical priorities with operational requirements.
• Be part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise.
• Apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights.
• Distill, document, contextualize and share your findings--including any new tradecraft that you develop--with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.
• Leverage advanced analytical methods to uncover hidden relationships and trends within complex digital datasets.
• Synthesize multi-source data into comprehensive target packages that inform decision-making and mission success.
• Recommend adjustments to collection strategies based on analysis of emerging threats and evolving target behaviors.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate new tools and capabilities into the analytical workflow.
• Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise, and actionable intelligence products for diverse audiences.
• Support the full analytical lifecycle from data acquisition through insight generation and dissemination.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Relevant experience requires aspects of Intelligence Analysis (e.g., target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, knowledge of customer tool sets and databases).
• In some cases, foreign language proficiency may also be used to satisfy experience requirements.
• 12 years of experience with a high school/GED diploma or 10 years of experience with an associate's degree or 8 years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 6 years of experience with a master's degree or 4 years of experience with a doctorate degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with a Polygraph is required.
• U.S. citizenship is typically required for positions in the Intelligence Community.
• Must be able to pass a full-scope background investigation.
• Must meet all medical and physical requirements necessary to perform the duties of the role.
• Must comply with all applicable federal agency policies and procedures.
• Must demonstrate a proven track record of analytical excellence in complex environments.
• Must possess strong attention to detail and accuracy in all analytical products.
