About the role

Grvty is seeking experienced Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNAs) to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions. As a cyber professional in the intelligence community, you will work as part of a team on the frontlines against our cyber adversaries. You will own the end-to-end analysis lifecycle for designated targets, translating complex digital behaviors into actionable intelligence that directly informs operational decisions. This role requires you to maintain target continuity and develop deep contextual understanding of adversary techniques, ensuring that your analysis remains relevant and timely. You will be responsible for identifying intelligence gaps and proactively tailoring collection efforts or enabling new collection to close those gaps effectively. The position demands that you apply multiple analysis disciplines, including pattern recognition across communications, network usage, and digital footprints. You will be expected to leverage your knowledge of IC needs and missions to ensure your findings align with strategic objectives. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs and mission relevance. • Utilize advanced data manipulation and evaluation methods to distill complex information, meticulously document findings, provide critical context, and clearly communicate results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of new tradecraft by documenting novel methodologies and sharing them proactively with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.
• Operate with a high degree of independence and judgment, managing multiple analytical priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic intelligence environment while maintaining strict adherence to standards.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into concrete analytical plans, ensuring that all outputs directly support customer needs and mission success.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve analytical processes, leveraging feedback from consumers to enhance the relevance and timeliness of delivered intelligence.
• Maintain strict operational security and compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines governing intelligence analysis activities.

Requirements

• Possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance, which is mandatory for continued employment in this role.
• Demonstrate relevant experience requiring aspects of Intelligence Analysis, such as target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, and knowledge of customer tool sets and databases.
• In some cases, foreign language proficiency may also be used to satisfy experience requirements, providing additional analytical flexibility.
• Accumulate a minimum of 6 years of experience with a high school/GED diploma, or 4 years of experience with an associate's degree, or 2 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Exhibit a proven ability to operate effectively in environments requiring discretion, judgment, and analytical rigor under tight deadlines.
• Meet all personnel security program eligibility requirements as defined by the Intelligence Community standards.
• Demonstrate the capacity to obtain and maintain the necessary clearances and access authorizations for sensitive information.
• Show a consistent commitment to following detailed instructions and adhering to established procedures and protocols.
