About the role
Grvty is seeking experienced Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNAs) to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions. As a cyber professional in the intelligence community, you will work as part of a team on the frontlines against our cyber adversaries. You will own the advanced analysis of complex digital target networks, ensuring continuity and deepening the understanding of adversary behaviors and structures. This role requires you to develop and apply innovative techniques to identify intelligence gaps and drive collection efforts. You will be responsible for maintaining critical databases that support targeting and analysis functions. The position demands the application of multiple analysis disciplines, including pattern recognition across communications, network usage, and digital footprints. You will work collaboratively within a diverse team alongside government, military, and contractor personnel to align on intelligence needs and mission relevance. Your innate curiosity and analytical talent will be essential as you form hypotheses, critically assess methodologies, and pivot within data to attain actionable insights. Finally, you will distill, document, contextualize, and share your findings, including any new tradecraft you develop, with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.

What you'll do
- Employ advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate intelligence leads and drive target development.
- Ensure target continuity by profiling targets and their activities, and by developing specialized techniques to acquire additional target information.
- Maintain sophisticated databases for targeting, tasking, and comprehensive analysis to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Identify critical intelligence gaps to tailor existing collection efforts or enable new collection capabilities to close those gaps.
- Apply multiple analysis disciplines, conducting pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage, and digital footprints.
- Apply deep knowledge and understanding of Intelligence Community needs and missions to guide analytical priorities.
- Function effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence requirements and mission relevance.
- Employ innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and select appropriate analysis techniques, and then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share timely insights.
- Distill, document, contextualize, and disseminate findings, including any newly developed tradecraft, to teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.
- Leverage analytical tools and methodologies to transform raw data into high-value intelligence products that support mission objectives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate new data sources and improve analytical workflows.
- Synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and actionable intelligence reports for diverse audiences.
- Continuously refine analytical methods to improve the accuracy and relevance of target profiling and network analysis.
- Support the development of new analytical frameworks to enhance the overall effectiveness of targeting operations.
Requirements
- Possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
- Demonstrate relevant experience requiring aspects of Intelligence Analysis, such as target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, and knowledge of customer tool sets and databases.
- In some cases, foreign language proficiency may also be used to satisfy experience requirements.
- Accumulate 9 years of experience with a high school/GED diploma.
- Accumulate 7 years of experience with an associate's degree.
- Accumulate 5 years of experience with a bachelor's degree.
- Accumulate 3 years of experience with a master's degree.
- Accumulate 2 years of experience with a doctorate degree.
