About the role
You will own the end to end workflow for transforming raw user generated testimonial content into polished, high impact video assets. This role requires a hands on editor who takes responsibility for shaping story from existing footage and ensuring each piece meets strict brand and quality standards. You will manage the full lifecycle of digital assets from ingestion through to final delivery and archival. The work you produce directly supports marketing campaigns and educational content that reaches a wide audience. You will operate with a high degree of ownership and accountability for the integrity of the content. Collaboration with the Testimonial Content Producer will be central to your daily responsibilities. Your contributions will help maintain the company mission of educating the world on smarter health choices.

What you'll do
Organize and ingest raw footage into a structured project file system that aligns with internal specifications.
Review large volumes of source material to identify authentic moments and highlight potential stars for future campaigns.
Edit "Best Bites," mini stories, and stringouts that are optimized for fast sharing across social platforms.
Conduct regular check ins with the Testimonial Content Producer to align on goals and incorporate feedback efficiently.
Optimize file naming and folder structures to improve accessibility for creative teams and reduce search time.
Monitor social media platforms to stay current on trending formats and recognize content that resonates strongly with viewers.
Contribute innovative ideas and experiment with new techniques that may set new creative trends for the brand.
Perform quality control checks to ensure audio sync, color consistency, and pacing meet professional standards.
Maintain version control of projects so that iterations are clearly documented and easy to retrieve.
Support light project coordination tasks such as scheduling reviews and tracking asset status.
Export final deliverables in multiple formats to suit various distribution channels and platform requirements.
Archive completed projects securely and ensure files are backed up according to company data policies.
Assist in updating internal documentation related to workflows and asset locations as processes evolve.
Communicate proactively with team members to resolve any roadblocks that could delay content delivery.
Requirements
You must possess a high school diploma as a minimum educational requirement.
You must be highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and demonstrate advanced editing techniques.
You must have exceptional data management and organizational abilities to handle large content libraries.
You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail.
You must be capable of interacting with product users in a motivating and reassuring manner.
You must be able to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team in a collaborative setting.
You must be highly self motivated and driven by strict deadlines.
You must be adept at efficiently navigating fast paced environments without sacrificing quality.
Some college and or pursuing a Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
1 to 2 years of prior editing or production experience is preferred but not required.
Assistant editing experience, team projects, and asset management familiarity is strongly encouraged.
You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for this role.
You must commit to the full duration of the program dates outlined in the posting.
Nice to have
Experience with content asset management tools and metadata tagging.
Familiarity with social media publishing workflows and scheduling platforms.
Basic understanding of health and wellness terminology to better interpret content context.
Practical notes
This is a part time internship requiring 25 to 29 hours per week.
Program start date is September 14th and end date is December 10th.
Interns are expected to work onsite in Woodland Hills, California consistently.
