This position will also maintain all open orders and update the system accordingly.
Work closely with Vendors on open orders and any transactions pertaining to the POs. <ul> <li>Ensure that all Purchase Orders are up to Date</li> <li>Check for past dues and PPVs</li> <li>Close POs accordingly and update ETAs per open orders</li> <li>Develop relationships with vendors to get the best price and service</li> <li>Work closely with Vendors on open orders and update Master sheet</li> <li>Acknowledge POs and upload BOLs and PODs where applicable</li> <li>Run Open order report and share with vendors to get up-to-date ETAs</li> <li>Process corrugated POs per warehouse needs</li> <li>Work on projects that will pertain the purchasing team</li> </ul> Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.): <ul> <li>Great at relationship building</li> <li>Strong attention to detail</li> <li>Strong organizational skills</li> <li>Strong Technical skills</li> <li>Continuous Improvement Mindset</li> <li>Adaptable and Flexible</li> </ul> Golden Perks &amp; Benefits:&nbsp; <ul> <li>Through our charity sponsorships, you can make a positive impact on communities worldwide.

The base hourly range is $18-$20. The posted hourly range in this job posting reflects data based on California's cost of labor analysis.
