What you'll do
- Perform advertising compliance tasks by drafting precise advertising language to ensure claims are truthful, non-misleading, and compliant with applicable regulations.

- Map contract stages from initial intake through negotiation, execution, and post-execution management to ensure no critical steps are overlooked.
- Ensure all contract terms align with internal policy, brand guidelines, and partner requirements, facilitating smooth execution without legal friction.
- Conduct compliance checks on marketing content, comparing claims, testimonials, and representations against current FDA and FTC guidance prior to public release.
- Utilize AI tools and document management systems to organize files, track document versions, and streamline repetitive workflow processes for maximum efficiency.
- Analyze entity records, governance documents, and ownership structures to confirm legal authority and compliance with corporate formalities.
- Organize key entity data within structured databases and governance repositories to ensure accurate reporting and easy retrieval by stakeholders.
