What you'll do

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the mining site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of mining processes, equipment, and safety standards.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with mining software and tools for planning and reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities as needed.
