Finance Manager
Job description
About the role
You will serve as the primary financial owner for a fast-growing regulated cross border payment company which started from the GIFT IFSC and is now positioned to serve the world. In this high-trust, high-ownership role, you act as the go-to person for accounts, compliance, regulatory filings, investor reporting, and treasury, working directly with the finance head. You will build and institutionalise financial processes while interfacing with external auditors, internal auditors, and cross functional teams on a daily basis. The ideal candidate combines technical Chartered Accountant depth with the flexibility and speed of a startup environment. You will navigate complex regulations and translate them into robust financial controls and clear business decisions.

Prepare standalone and consolidated MIS reports, P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow statements on a monthly basis with clear commentary and insights.
Manage multi-currency bank accounts and optimise foreign currency exposure across jurisdictions while monitoring working capital positions and preparing short- and medium-term cash-flow forecasts.
